Weekly Client Onboarding Guide

Welcome to Live Greens PDX – we're stoked to have you on board! Below are a few friendly reminders to help keep your weekly chef service smooth and stress-free.

🍳 Kitchen Setup

Please make sure your kitchen is ready to roll: • Clear counters of non-essentials
• Empty the sink
• Unload the dishwasher so we can use it freely
• Wipe surfaces and sweep if needed
• Make some fridge space for the fresh meals
• Trash and recycling out of the way
• Clean hand towel out and ready to go

📦 Containers

We do not bring containers – here’s what to do: • Have your own clean, sealing containers ready
• OR purchase from the recommended list in your intake form
(Pro tip: glass with locking lids work great!)


🐶 Pets

We love animals, but please: • Keep pets out of the kitchen while we cook
• Gate off the area or give us a heads-up if needed
(We get it – sometimes the pup wants to taste test.)

🧼 Our Cleanup Promise

We’ll clean everything we use: • Dishes, counters, stove – all spotless when we leave
• Let us know if anything is hand-wash only or shouldn’t go in the dishwasher
